The chips were cold and discoloured and uneatable the fish however was hot and fresh

The food was not up to expectation. We have used Supperbowl before and they were good but the sausages were awful, the chips were not as good as normal, the chicken was dried out and overdone.

You can not wrap chips in paper with sauce because you end up with soggy paper, that gets stuck to the chips. Making them inedible

Pizza crunch was burnt hard and inedible- pakora doesnt even come with salad - waste of £15

Chip rolls were inedible due to too much sauce hugely disappointed ☹

We had a special fish supper and it was not very warm,if you want people to order on line it must be warm, sorry about this we use this shop frequently and was disappointed

the cheese was honestly pathetic. I had to put my own on as there was the smallest slice of cheese possible

Bought the special breaded fish small supper, all I can say is it definitely was small, such a small piece of fish, more like half a fish in my opinion. They could see how small it was and filled the box with loads of chips.

Pizza was under cooked I took a bite and it was like eating raw dough. End up throwing it away and cooking myself. I wont be ordering again

I ordered a mixed king kebab, I wouldn't say it was bad but it wasn't worth the money and i was burping the taste of the meat the next day!The salad was obviously quite old and kept in the fridge, really watery.

Always buy the special fish supper this is the second week that the fish has been so dry and non existent under some areas of the coating.

Veg Calzone was thick, doughy and undercooked. The filling was also completely bland. Would not recommend. Husband said his doner kebab was 'ok'
