Despite asking for grease proof paper my supper was just served straight into the cardboard box which I think is gross , and as usual half the food stick to the cardboard

Fish was overcooked. First time I've ever seen fish with scorch marks on the batter.Chips were soggy.

Ordered chippy sauce on items and there was none and pizza was disgusting

Food was lukewarm not sure if it was in thermal bag for journey from shop usually top notch from here

Food arrived cold and inedible

All squashed into small chip box for a full pizza , all stuck together, chips very small and all crispy bits not actually many whole chips and missing cheese.

Our order last night was very poor. I waited 20 mins after my pick up time in the shop (not ideal but appreciate it was busy) our Chips were already boxed and in the bag when I arrived so were cool and soggy when I got home. The chicken and lamb in the kebab was a bit tough - maybe it had been sitting too? The donner meat with all 3 meals was all bitty really small pieces rather than the usual strips - like it was scraps at the end and was tasteless. I order the same meal regularly with no issues but last nights was not good at all.

Very overcooked burger

Not up to usual standard. Kebab meat tasteless and all in thin little bits. Chicken supper not usual portion size hardly any chips! Very disappointed I usually only have good things to say about their food!

Chips not great but white pudding was a tube of grease.

Extremely small portions of chips tonight compared to previous orders. Didnt get what we paid for.

Fish overcooked and oily

Cheeseburger was burnt and was hardly any batter on it and hardly any mushrooms and were soggy aswell. Had to bin the Cheeseburger as couldnt eat it as tasted horrible and mushrooms didnt taste any better. Not one for a bad review but this was a waste of money to just end up binning the food.

The pizza did not taste as good as it usually does. The sauce was different, the cheese was not the same and the peppers were weird tasting. Also it was not hot at all. The fish was very bland and pale. Not the best this time at all.

Delivery was cold. Pie tasted funny and was thrown out

Some of the food was burnt tonight.

Food quality was poor on this occasion. Usually a great place for a takeaway however the chicken kebab naan bread was stale. Doner meat was dry.

Waited 20 mins past advised collection time and they still got the order wrong. Used to be a great chippy, one of the best in the area, but service and food quality has gone downhill in the past few months. After many second chances. I dont think we will be back.

Paid £3.95 for a very small portion of chips which was meant to be large.

Chips were hard and overcooked. Not edible.

The fish was over cooked and I never got my full order as I got charged for 3pickles and never received any . Very disappointed
