Veg Calzone was thick, doughy and undercooked. The filling was also completely bland. Would not recommend. Husband said his doner kebab was 'ok'

App was easy to use and food was delicious. Delivery fast as well.

Absolutely disgusting. Was served 2 calzones with RAW dough and cold in middle, phoned to have replacement and girl on phone couldn't care less. No apology, just a surly wee lassie going "Aw right, I'll send my driver back". Asked how long it would be, was told 30 mins which i thought was fair enough for a COOKED calzone. 15 minutes later (literally - I phoned at 8, replacement arrived at 8.15) and calzones arrived. Now I live about a 5 minute drive away, so as soon as they came I knew they couldn't possibly be cooked. Lo and behold, RAW DOUGH. Phoned back to request money back (was £19 for 2 calzones, rip off eh?) and the same bratty teenager couldn't give a damn. No apology again, obviously I'M the one in the wrong expecting COOKED CALZONES for £19. Yes I was refunded but the attitude of aforementioned brat was ridiculous. Delivery guy couldn't have been nicer, hope he was paid for all the trips to collect the crappy calzones!! Needless to say, will NOT be ordering again.

Order took over an hour to arrive, but arrived piping hot which was good, thought maybe it had been hanging around in a van.

I was 2 min late for my dinner and expecting it to be ready according to my time but they did nt even started yet and for that reason i missed my train really disappointed for timing

Order received promptly and very hot. Only disappointment was there was no Red Cola again. Why have it on the order form if there is none available.
