I managed to eat the ice cream of the double nugget but the nuggets was rock hard couldn't bite into them sticky toffee pudding was good also the tub of ice cream

We realised that this happened due to one of my staff members putting it in the freezer to prevent the ice cream from melting but it ended ended up frozen. We are glad you enjoyed your sticky toffee pudding and since this was not your mistake, we will happily replace this. Just leave a message when you order next time.

Had an allergic reaction to tango ice blast , tried calling staff to advise but apparently not heard. My face and lips are swollen my throat is swollen and painful. Not happy at all tonight disappointed ☹

We are deeply sorry for this unpleasant experience; but, given that you have ordered numerous times without experiencing this type of reaction, we are perplexed as to why this has occurred. You mentioned over the phone that have the ingredients changed. Our syrups are bought by us from the company, and any modifications to the syrups would be communicated to us and informed, as this is a great health hazard, which we always take seriously, and Im 100% sure the company does too. Therefore, there is no changes to the syrups
