Had an allergic reaction to tango ice blast , tried calling staff to advise but apparently not heard. My face and lips are swollen my throat is swollen and painful. Not happy at all tonight disappointed ☹

Hi, Ashley. We are deeply sorry for this unpleasant experience; but, given that you have ordered numerous times without experiencing this type of reaction, we are perplexed as to why this has occurred. You mentioned over the phone that have the ingredients changed. Our syrups are bought by us from the company, and any modifications to the syrups would be communicated to us and informed, as this is a great health hazard, which we always take seriously, and Im 100% sure the company does too. Therefore, there is no changes to the syrups

It was delivered really fast but one medium tub was jam packed with ice cream the other had loads of room. :/

Very busy on a Saturday night, resulting in an 90 minutes delivery time. I think Scoffable would be better help to customers if it flagged delivery times before people ordered.

Well I ordered crepes with banana and caramel what arrived was a joke !! At my expense £9:50 for 2 greasy pancakes with a little caramel sauce and a random banana chopped over it ! Oh yes and a tiny tub of ice cream . The banana milk shake was ok but how hard is it to make a bloody milkshake . Waste of £15.00 .AVOID NO PRESENTATION RIP OF BIG TIME

Hi Deborah thank you for taking the time to leave negative feed back firstly I would like to say your ordered a banofee crepe which comes with 2 freshly made crepes and banana slices and toffee sauce at £6.50 and you get a small tub of ( free ) ice cream and you ordered a galaxy caramel milkshake with cream not a banana milkshake 😕

Ordered on a Monday night, took over 2 hours for 2 slushies and one crepe to arrive.Both slushes had melted when they arrived. Our house is a 5 m in drive from the shop /:

Hi Megan we are sorry your delivery took a lot longer than expected we were extremely busy and all deliveries are sent out as order as they arrive . I dont understand how the tango blast could have melted as they are made just as they leave the shop You could maybe just collect in future if you only stay 5 mins away thanks for taking the time to leave a review 😊
