Found sharp plastic in my sons hot dog😐

The breakfast was disgusting and was meant to be 7 items they only gave me 5 and no beans all piled on top each other dripping with Greece for £11:80 was disgusting wont ever order from here again and they never had the smoothie a asked for so they just gave me anyone not on food and service was terrible

I wouldnt normally send bad feedback but i felt due to the amount i spent i just had to. I ordered a spicy hot dog was a complete mess by the time it got to me, all the topping were on one side making the bun unedible, raw red onions too...it was jusst put in the bin. I wish i could send photos on here. The macaroni cheese we were really looking forward to, it was in a tiny tub so my 6 year old would have enjoyed it but it also tasted like it was out a tim and very gloopy. The side box was ok although cheese a bit hard due to colling down but that csnt be helped. So dissapointed as it is our weekend treat for fhe family.

Took two hours to deliver Chips & Curry, Garlic Bread and an egg roll. Absolutely disgusting delivery times. Called after it had been an hour, as that was the estimate, and were told that we'd be waiting about 20 more minutes. It was an hour longer, and they'd said that it had been made up and was coming out, but based on the temperature that was a lie. Food was good, but not worth a two+ hour wait, shortly before it arrived we'd actually put the oven on as we were expecting the food to be utterly inedible (as has happened before). We understand that it has been snowing, however yesterday when it was snowing they arrived in less than 20 minutes, so I do not believe the weather is a factor here.

Delivery took over an hour and a half to come only for my food to be cold and my drink to be wrong

When it's good, it's great! This was not one of those times. Curry sauce was thin, watery and disgusting again. Nobody wants chips that are stained yellow and soggy. Ended up feeling sick and eating very little as a result, so every time this takeaway disappoints it's diabetic hypo hell.

1+ hour for chips & curry, garlic bread and an egg roll. Garlic bread was both burnt and cold, so not very pleasant.

Some of the food was relatively okay, but the chips & curry was so watery it made me feel sick. Instead of the sauce coating the chips properly, the chips were stained yellow and horribly soggy.

Omg the breakfast was horrible lol

Joke of a service and when phoned to complain qas told never to order again. Waited 2 hours for a breafast box but refused it when it finally showed up

Yesterday they took 1 hour and 4 minutes for a very small delivery (chips & curry, garlic bread with cheese and a single egg roll), and they also short changed us and gave us £1.15 back instead of £1.55. Giving them another chance but their service is getting ridiculous. Took 3 attempts at calling before we got through to them to ask where the order was. It's a small order and their shop is very close to the house.
