Missed half of my order

It took over 2 hours to arrive, when it did it was missing my can of juice and the chips are the temperature of a kettle you left about an hour ago. Very disappointed.

Wait was shocking no one answers the phone numver provide get of most weekends what started of as a treat for the kids ended up been a nightmare and when food finally comes cold amd tell been laying for ages .and still keep trying to tell someone come still no answer on phone

Hot food was cold when it came to my door ,would not order again

Waited 2 hours for food. Made 6 separate calls, at one point were told our order was on its way, 40 minutes later were then told its about to leave and still waited over half an hour. Once arrived it was missing x3 haggis and tomatoes and it was cold. Extremely disappointing. Would never recommend!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!! food came after 2 hours cold half of it wasnt even in the bag STILL WAITING ON REFUND 4 hours after !!! DO NO RECOMMEND ABSOLUTE JOKE

The food was cold and they did not get the order right I ordered iron bru and get diet iron bru and I ordered a bottle of cola 1.5 and got a 500 ml bottle of Diet Pepsi and got the wrong crisps as well

Ordered two bacon rolls and a 7-piece breakfast box on a Monday (so not even a busy weekend) and it took an hour and 45mins to come. After the hour we tried phoning the cafe but it went straight to answer machine. We contacted scoffable who said theyd chase it up. We then noticed the cafe went offline and said it was closed until 12. Scoffable got back to me stating the breakfast box was having technical problems but our food was just leaving. We live 5/10mins away from the place and after 20mins we still didnt have our food. Contacted scoffable again asking for a refund as waiting that long for our order was ridiculous. The lady then arrived at the door an hour and 45mins after we ordered and didnt even apologise. We told her we were actually waiting on a refund to which she said their delivery driver was off sick and to just keep the food. The food was cold and the bacon was very hard and dry and there was a hair found in the 7-piece breakfast box. Scoffable then replied saying that the breakfast box was refusing to refund us. After telling them that not only was our food very late and cold and there was a hair in it, scoffable refunded the money on their behalf as they agreed it was very poor service. We will not be using the breakfast box again. The bus stop cafe in Bathgate has better service, always has food arriving early or on time and food is always fresh and good, we will be using them from now on

Took 1 and half hours, didnt get my cappuccino that I ordered called but got voicemail. Left a message, no one got back to me.The sweet potato fries were cold and soggy and the side box had to sauces with it as described.

Chips didnt taste nice box was damaged and toastie wasnt cooked properly

I ordered from here a while back and it took around 1hr 40 minutes to come. I was told it was busy. I tried again today and same result 1 hr 35 mins before I got my food. The food was good but the delivery time is a joke.

Costumer services shocking . Bread on sandwiches were hard , half the order missing , the delivery driver should not be driving he is a danger to the public erratic parking reversing and driving . Will not be ordering from here again

Not one thing in my breakfast box was warm never mind hot... Waste of money

was sent a wrong item, was apologised to and told a new item would be along in 30-40 mins, 2 hours later still no item and place was closed.

Hour and a half for 2 wraps and chips. That by the way wasn’t even hot. The food was basic. Pricey for being so dry and cold.
