Food was late by 40 minutes which I don't mind so much. But it was also cold which ruined it.

Phoned at 2:05pm to be told my delivery was leaving shop it arrived at 3:03pm was frozen cold!i hope i get a refund

Was disgusting staff were unhelpfull and aggressive avoid avoid!!!!!!

2 hrs for delivery no update from restaurant I had to phone twice once at 1330 to be told will be leaving in 10 mins and again at 225 to be told left 15 mins ago food came and it was cold not even look warm won’t be ordering here again that’s for sure

Took 45 minutes to arrive and when it did it was soggy and cold. Tasteless, the only thing you could taste was the amount of oil used to cook it with. Cardboard box it was thrown in was almost falling to bits with the oil and grease! Disappointed as usually this place is usually good!

Food was freezing by tge time we got it nrver got tge juice we wanted and nachos were stuck to tge box.

The delivery was made 2 hours after order. When it had arrived i had the wrong drink, no cheese on the chips and no egg mayo on the baguette. No message, no sorry, no more from me.

Burger was solid and burnt. Chips were very dry, onion rings were good though

I had to wait 20 minutes past the 45 minutes wait time mark I wasn't told about the fact I would have to wait longer

when our delivery arrived everything was covered in curry sauce, the chips and curry sauce had leaked. we did not want to call back to ask for a change as last time we requested a change of the wrong item delivered it took approx 1 hour to receive this. Apart from this everything else was fine

Asked for 2 lucozade sport priced at £1-odd a bottle but recieve two bottles of 'emerge' and price marked at 50p. They could have made me aware or at least altered the bill.

I ordered chips n curry sauce, hotdog and chips the food came it was freezing, chips were covered in cheese i hate cheese thats why i never irdered cheese i trued to contact the breakfast box a few times no answer foid was terrible £9 i wasted on the place
