We ordered a family box for lunch. Wanted it delivered for 1. Ordered at 11.30 and it didn't arrive till 1.30 with a burger missing

Got my order wrong and the food was cold and soggy. Never again

Disappointed that delivery took 20 minutes longer than the estimated 1 hour. The food however, was excellent, the rolls were kept warm by being wrapped in tin foil inside the paper bag, more places should try this. Will certainly be ordering from here again.

Always our go to place has a great selection. Never had any bother, quick delivery, great food, amazing actually for the price! Fed 5 of us today for £20. Food is always lovely aswell and the delivery person Amy im sure her name is, always friendly. Defo recommend!

The food was late. The doner meat was off and tasted not like the usual doner and it didnt taste right like other hoggies I have had the things inside it clashed with each other. The rest was alright but the completely butchered the hoggie

Disgusting! Raw bacon, extremely greasy and all mashed together, so bad that we actually drove to the shop to ask the manager if they would eat barely cooked sausages. Got a refund but still the manager was also rude. Not the first time the food hasnt been great.

The food its self was nice, however when i phoned up about them substatuting one of my items. I was met with an extremely rude woman on the phone, I'm gutted because i have been a loyal customer to baguette express since i was young. Unfortunately due to the customer service i was met with i will no longer be ordering from here!

My order was only half delivered the first time, the second time they delivered most of the rest but not all of it. They also substituted some what I ordered (and they actually delivered) for worse items (1 1.5 litre bottle of coke for 2 500ml ones - I had little option but to agree). The chips were cold when they arrived. I did not bother asking for a third delivery when stuff was still missing after 2 deliveries. I just wrote them off and will never order from there again.

Ordered feom here bfore and it was fine this time deliery was late even though i pre ordered the cake was solid very stale either out of date or been lying out was unedable the rest of rhe food was cold

Toast was soggy and cold but to be expected. About a tablespoon of beans in a small pot. No coffee provided although paid for. £4 for delivery and it wasnt correct upon arrival.

The chicken curry was absolutely delicious
