Isnt the best breakfast

Been ordering from here every weekend for the past couple years never had a problem. The past 6 deliveries Ive had the order has always been wrong. Called to let them know they apologised assured it wont happen again. So as I do following weekend order food, ordered a roll with square sausage and cheese the sausage wasnt even cooked. Tasted absolutely horrendous so had a look it hadnt seen the inside of hot cooking equipment. Definitely lost out on a regular customer. Disgrace!

Freezing , items forgotten, won't order again

Food was cold took a hour to come when asked for my refund was told no because they where quite today so the food wasnt cold wouldnt waste money on the place

Not that great to be honest the food arrived late, when i did get my order my food was all over the bag not in the containers they should have come in and the food was lathered in grease it was all over everything in the bag, my mozzarella sticks was smushed and covered in egg and grease so couldnt be eaten, the sausages and chips i ordered was all over the bag aswell covered in grease, bacon and egg rolls was covered in grease and smushed together, we couldn't eat over half of it due to the mess it was in when received. Seem to get worse and worse every time i order from them so its gunna be no more from me 😔 i honestly used to enjoy the food but the quality and care standards have gone extremely down hill lately. Sorry its a bad review from me but i cant justify paying what i did for majority not being edible due to lack of quality and care.

Breakfast was absolutely stone cold and food must have been chucked in the car because the breakfast arrived in the bag rather than the box it was initially put in so cheers for that buddie

Service was brilliant however the breakfast was all a little undercooked

I ordered from here today and the order was full off oil and broken apart then I contacted the shop and then send a new and half the items was no even in it and this happens all the time they get the order ls rong thing they really need to get this sorted asap before people boycott it

Iam giving them a bad review as i ordered a large breakfast but what i got was a normal breakfast which i was charge the large breakfast price

They came and picked the food up and promised me a refund. Food was cold and undercooked. Absolutely disgusting 🤢

My nutella milkshake that was 4 POUNDS was all warm and gross. It wasnt properly mixed at all and it made me feel sick drinking it. The baguette was warm and tasted alright but the sauce was unpleasant and kept dripping. Everything else was ok but if id known I would have been spending that much on a milkshake so poorly i wouldnt have bought it

Charging full price for a container half the size you have changed this week we are struggling to make ends meet and used to rely on a buisness like yours

Usually don't have a problem with ordering from here but today I think someone may have been sleepy or smt half order missed out and no refund or call about it

Food was cold and caked in grease

Horrible, didnt eat it
