Ordered mac n cheese and chips. Arrived stone cold and all food went straight in the bin. Total waste of money, A very small portion of pasta was so over cooked it was like mush, had no bite at all and was sat in a huge puddle of grease. The chips were cold, super greasy and had a terrible after taste. Worst food Ive had in a long time.

Ordered from Breakfast Box at 12:00 with an expected delivery time of 13:00. Fair enough. But 13:30 rolls aroundstill no food, so I call up and get told its out for delivery. Fine. Call again at 14:00, and unbelievably, its still out for delivery. Thats two full hours since ordering and over an hour of it supposedly just sitting in a car.I asked if my food was even going to be warm anymore, and instead of getting a straight answer, the staff palmed me off to someone else, who I can only assume was the manager. His excuse? That the driver had to double back on himself because of my order. As if thats somehow my fault? Thats not an explanation, thats a sign of absolutely pathetic planning and management.No apology, no compensation, just shifting the blame and hoping Id shut up and wait. Well, I wont. Sort out your management, your deliveries, and your customer service. I wont be ordering again, and I wouldnt recommend anyone else waste their time either.
