The food was late. The doner meat was off and tasted not like the usual doner and it didnt taste right like other hoggies I have had the things inside it clashed with each other. The rest was alright but the completely butchered the hoggie

Disgusting! Raw bacon, extremely greasy and all mashed together, so bad that we actually drove to the shop to ask the manager if they would eat barely cooked sausages. Got a refund but still the manager was also rude. Not the first time the food hasnt been great.

The food its self was nice, however when i phoned up about them substatuting one of my items. I was met with an extremely rude woman on the phone, I'm gutted because i have been a loyal customer to baguette express since i was young. Unfortunately due to the customer service i was met with i will no longer be ordering from here!

My order was only half delivered the first time, the second time they delivered most of the rest but not all of it. They also substituted some what I ordered (and they actually delivered) for worse items (1 1.5 litre bottle of coke for 2 500ml ones - I had little option but to agree). The chips were cold when they arrived. I did not bother asking for a third delivery when stuff was still missing after 2 deliveries. I just wrote them off and will never order from there again.

Ordered feom here bfore and it was fine this time deliery was late even though i pre ordered the cake was solid very stale either out of date or been lying out was unedable the rest of rhe food was cold

came WITHOUT chicken just extra cheese which i never asked for!

Much appreciation to the driver who came back with my fruit smoothie that was forgotten. He offered to refund it but it was my main reason for ordering. I also got a bacon roll to take it up over the minimum order price. It was soaked in grease. Couldnt even pick it up. There was more sauce outside the roll than in it and was barely cooked. Went in the bin. This was a big let down as i order from here often and have previously left good reviews. Hope this was a 1 off

Made a mistake with my order and staff and manager no help at all even though it was their mistake do not order from here

We ordered 2x 7 item breakfasts and various other stuff ,the breakfasts both only came with 6 items ,,we spent almost £40.00 on our order in total so it was a bit of a let down,normally when we order its okay

My order took 2 hours to come and half of it was missing

Food was nice but was cold and iced coffee was warm no ice and no cream

Asked for my egg well done, it came runny. My can of juice was in the same bag as my food making my food cold and my juice warm! The plastic pot my beans came in was completely melted

2 flies in the food and contacted Manager only to be told nothing to do with her.

Waited almost 2 hours for food I called and told would be here any thamx was another half hour

Food was cold, wouldnt even class that as a fry up🤢 disgusting

Ordered toastie phoned over an hour later to see where it was for them to say it left ages ago was then freezing and inedible by the time I got it waste of money

Food arrived 15 mins later than the time given. Got half a cup of tea, cold chips and cheese that i had to re-heat in the air fryer. I also ordered a baguette with tuna and coleslaw with, jalapenos, lettuce, onion and betroot. Got the tuna and coleslaw but nothing else. Not a good experience today.

Im one and a half mile from shop it was frozen when it arrived. I had too microwave it .
