Food arrived 15 mins later than the time given. Got half a cup of tea, cold chips and cheese that i had to re-heat in the air fryer. I also ordered a baguette with tuna and coleslaw with, jalapenos, lettuce, onion and betroot. Got the tuna and coleslaw but nothing else. Not a good experience today.

Im one and a half mile from shop it was frozen when it arrived. I had too microwave it .

Pulled a long blonde hair out my omelette.

The app said delivery would be 30-40 mins. After ordering the confirmation said 1 hour 10 mins. 1 hour 25 mins later our food arrived, freezing cold. Poor service

Food delivered soggy and freezing cold every time, dont follow instructions or requests and customer service from manager/chef is absolutely horrid. Avoid like the plague.

Driver didnt deliver an ordered item, after phoning the store to ask about the undelivered item the driver returned and left the item on my door step

We ordered the large breakfast box. It was cold when it arrived n it was tasteless i was really looking forward to it. We paid 12.99 for it ☹

Food took over 1 hour & half to arrive it was cold with missing items 1 of the items were full of greese will not be ordering ever again & spent nearly £20

Usually order from here but waited over an hour today and when it eventually came it was stone cold and like rubber. Very disappointed

Normally the food is good however a bacon and cheese hotdog with ketchup & mustard which arrived with zero cheese and two fatty, soggy pieces of bacon (rather than the crispy bacon bits as advertised) with a couple little smears of sauce doesnt equate to £3.95 in my opinion.

Most of the food was under cooked.Not enjoyable.Very disappointed.

Wrong order yet again & chips and burger were cold.

The rolls were ok not very hot, crisps ok, the sweets were horrendous i thought they would have been hard boiled, they went in the bucket not happy. ☹

Came cold wasnt good

Ordered a vegan sausage and hash brown (4) roll, and a bacon roll with hash brown .Then vegan sausage and hash brown (4) roll was delivered with no vegan sausage and only 2 hash browns looking a bit lonely on the roll. The bacon was awful, very chewy.
