Some stuff wasnt cook through

Had to wait an hour and a half for a cold and soggy breakfast box.

Wrong salad, panini and chips were hardly cooked.

Food tasted greasy

Box was wet when it arrived and food was just no more than warm.

We ordered donner and chips and a Chinese box.The donner meat was solid and inedible. The chicken balls from the Chinese meal were the same. Curry sauce was cold and watery. We also ordered cake/biscuit and received different to what was ordered.The only thing that was half decent was the delivery time but maybe spend more time making the food edible - Id rather wait a bit longer as long as we can eat it!

Order a hot dog and it was disgusting. Bun was soggy and the chicken in the chicken wrap was rock soild but pink on the inside.

My sons chicken burger was slimy, my hotdog was disgusting and my caramel iced coffee had no caramel or ice. It wasn't even cold. Definitely won't be going again.

I wasnt aware that u can burn a fried egg that much it tasted like it was cooked on bbq word of advice clean ur griddle or whatever u cook them in as my dog wldnt eat it , it was that bad its the worst i ve had from here in a while

Rubbish not the best food

Didnt get the Pepsi with the meal deal after waiting for longer only one Diet Coke with other meal deal disappointing

Iced vanilla hardly cold and baguette wasnt half and half and thats usually what they do

Order not right, missing part of order and ask for Mexican burger and burger comes plain no sauce or salsa

Ordered at 12.30, didnt arrive until well after 2pm, had two separate calls informing me that they didnt have part of my order and asked if I wanted a replacement - I agreed and selected another item (both times) and when the order finally arrived it was missing the replacement item. Driver told me I could call the shop and ask for it to be sent again or a refund, never received either.

I ordered a crispy bacon and chicken mayo baguette, donner meat and chips, chips and curry sauce and a blue slush. The slush never came, was told by the driver I would either have it soon or get a refund, havent had either. The crispy bacon looked raw and the curry sauce was all over the bag not actually on the chips!

Was late and didnt even bring me my slushes. Was then told theyd only be half an hour, then having to wait an hour for them to come back with them

To wrap hotfood rolls in tinfoil is stupid, as my rolls where horribly soft n yucky, either staff can't read or they didn't read special instructions as I didn't get my food the way I asked for it.Don't think I'll be back

Got the wrong breakfast order delivered. Food was cold and fried Egg was so hard

Food was soggy and cold. Came in a wet box, with a can rammed on top. Can had gone through the box, as it was that wet, and covered the wedges in wet cardboard.Speaking of the wedges, they were stone cold and solid. Inedible and went in bin.The burger had some taste to it. Shame the bun was ice cold and soaking wet.Genuinely the worst delivery food I've ever had.
