Order was late by a big margin also ordered two burgers with sauce neither had sauce and ordered a chicken burger with tomato sauce and it came with mayonnaise which my son can't eat.Won't be back

Chips were wet and burger was in bits.

Order wasn't complete, no fried onions on rolls and no juice with kids meal. Took 2 hours to come and time it came food was cold, ice-cream and slushy has melted.

Food was freezing thay really need to take a look at there packing and how to keep there food hot i was disappointing last time and thought i would give them a trying again but no the can of juice was packed with the food so the paper bags were soggy

I ordered at 9:36am and it didnt get here till 11:30am and was quite cold when it arrived so Im quite disappointed in how long it took and that it was cold.

Over cooked bacon steak like shoe leather and cold very bad

Was put in the bin was disgusting eggs were fare to runny and black you could tell cooking equipment needs a good clean

Disgraceful wait was well over 2.5 hours. Food was freezing so went straight into the bin

Was 2 hr for delivery was cold when arrived egg was disgusting and the juice was in same bag as the box and roll so box was all squashed NOT GOOD TBH

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from the breakfast box as I waited over 2 and a half hours for my food and when it came it was cold and soggy its had been sitting a while which then put me off eating it

Food was stone cold when it arrived, well after expected delivery time

Firstly the coffee we ordered came in an ice cream tub and had spilled everywhere so the paper cups had soaked all the coffee up. The slush puppy was in with the roasting hot coffee so it was melted when it arrived. I ordered a hogie that came with Undercooked chips, burnt bacon and eggs and was totally inedible. We also got 2x breakfast and the meat was shocking. Everything was either burnt or not cooked at all. Scoffable have been in touch with the breakfast box who will only agree to a £5 refund. THIS IS FOR A £20 order. Total joke. Will never be back.

Got a breakfast was cold n burnt if you like a good breakfast dont get it here went straight in the bin. And offered 3 pound off next order like a was going to order again. Honestly rotten

3.5 hours, shouted at on phone, hung up on. Freezing cold slips!!!!

Took one hour and 40 minutes to arrive when stated 40 minutes at most!

Came cold had to throw it out cause it was not edible. Probably the 1 hour delivery time has something to do with it but still isnt an excuse for giving someone cold food. Such a waste of money, First and last time ordering. Very bad Experience
