Took one hour and 40 minutes to arrive when stated 40 minutes at most!

it was cold and wasnt nice bacon was slimy the egg was like rubber wasnt nice

Came cold had to throw it out cause it was not edible. Probably the 1 hour delivery time has something to do with it but still isnt an excuse for giving someone cold food. Such a waste of money, First and last time ordering. Very bad Experience

The food was freezing and tasted disgusting

Delivery was fine but the cold juice was put in alongside the food which made the food cold and the white boxes make the food sweat and soggy. Not sure if chips in a paper bag would keep them more crispy just a suggestion

Well I had food poisoning so

this is the second time i have been given an incorrect order. i ordered the white choc and raspberry muffin and got a milk choc muffin and i ordered and orange cake slice and got a mint cake slice

Food was cold

Got the breakfast munchie box i couldnt even eat it! It was soggy and cold even the box was soaking! Waste of money

Food was not even tepid it was actually cold and had to heat everything up in microwave

Wait over an hour and half for cold stale food. Was not impressed and will not be ordering again

Ive ask for portion of haggis instead of black pudding because I do not eat pudding and Ive received 6 portions of black pudding and no haggis.

Waited 2 hours food was freezing and couldnt eat it had to just cook something

Food was warmish There was a burnt chip in beside the mushrooms, We had ordered breakfasts so didnt see why there should be a chip there and toast was burned and not buttered

All the food was greasy and cold. Coffee was even cold plus chocolate was sat on top of the breakfast and must have been when it was still hot as had all melted.

Took too long to arrive so had to cancel order
