Twenty minutes late and food was luke warm but over cooked

Third time i have ordered from spice of life i live about 2 minute walk from the shop and all three times been 15 to 20 minutes late and this time food was cold required microwaved to heat it, i ordered a baked potato dont know what i got but it was not baked potato more like a rough mash not overly impressed and would not recommend it based on tonights delivery
