Ordered a pizza came 40 minutes late cold and tasteless

Chips inside hoagie were reheats as were so hard. Wasnt even edible

Food over done normally fresh

It arrived later than suggested and was cold when arrived

Tuna mayo was inedible and hogie was cold

Food was cold and waited near 2hr on food

Pizza base more like a flatbread (dense and flat).. not the usual standard i expect from here

Food was cold and 40 minutes late would not recommend

Food was cold and took over an hour to come

Got estimated 50 minutes delivery fine no worries. Yes we did make a £80 order between 10 people!!! We waited 1 hour 30 phoned to be told they were just finishing the order okay fair enough. 25 minutes later we phone back asking if it has atleast left yes yes its left another 30 minutes go by we phoned again just to cancel as we placed the order at 5.25 and it was now 8 oclock and no order and people had to leave All we got was cheek and abuse saying we should have pre ordered this order in advance. Sorry never heard this before when doing big orders yous are the one that had put 50 minutes on delivery time for him to blame his front off house staff well surely you as the manager/owner should know what orders are there and should have communicated with your customers if it was going to be longer. While arguing with the manager on the phone driver turned up but we refused the order so glad we didnt pay on card!! If you want to risk from this take away defo pay with cash!!! As looks like not the first customer this has happened too

Ordered chips and cheese. Got delivered and it was so cold, gutted about it

My order was 1 hour and 15 minutes later than expected (when placing order said 40 mins). When i called to enquire where my order was (45 minutes after expected time) the person i spoke with was cheeky with me. Said my delivery would be another 15 mins. Half an hour later it arrived. Wish it was worth the wait. An apology (rather than attitude) would have been good.
