Food arrived 50m late and cold.

I understand that the delivery time is just an estimation food arrives late , I had called the chip shop for an update and was told driver had left and it should arrive in 5 minutes never arrived until 20 minutes later. Quality of food was very poor Chicken over cooked and very dry Fritters 3 out of 5 were inedible extremely hard and it seemed like potato had disintegrated definitely not freshly made.Very disappointing as I have used this chippy on numerous occasions and food has always been of a far better standard. Dont think Ill be using again.

Ordered a large special fish super got a single battered fish chips where terrible not even my dog would eat then. Garlic muchrooms had been fryed in same fryer as fish so if vegetarian be aware

Food looked and tasted reheated and not fresh .chicken portion small as we're the supposed large portions of chips.long wait for delivery too

I don't mind waiting BUT i do mind my meal being cold

Reheated chips again and mostly crumbs!!! Pizza was drowned in tomato paste

Took 1.5 hours to be delivered, the order was wrong and food cold. First and last!

Took nearly 3 hours for delivery. The food was stone cold .went straight in the bin. £30 down the drain. Would never buy from this shop again

My order took nearly 3 hours to come. I ordered it at 6.15 and i phoned them at 7.55 to see where it was and I was told it was going out with the next driver and that they were sorry and very busy (the girl on the phone was lovely, no attitude at all). My food eventually arrived at 8.50. I realise that it was a saturday night and that places are busy however I have never had to wait that long for a delivery.

Took ages to be delivered, nearly 2 hours. Just warm when it was received and not very appetising. Disappointing. Maybe consider getting more delivery drivers when busy.

My pizza had been dropped or something hand been dropped on it becsuse when i got it the box was crushed and my toppings were all over the box. I also found grass in the box as in a blade of grass. Chips around tasted reheated. Fried pizza was a soggy mess - cheese hadnt even melted. Also they gave red instead of brown sauce as requested on the fried pizza supper - disaster meal - will not be ordering again.

Got take away before and was nice but last night chips were undercooked and greasy and fish was overlooked, couldnt eat it.

Wrong item delivered and I had to pay for a separate delivery

Waited 90 mins for delivery and when it finally arrived it was stone cold and part of the order was missing.

Food came cold, fish was solid (like cardboard) and the chips were soggy!

Apologise for this. But occasions things missed from the order? On to occasions. I undertaken things get busy. No response. After 2 hours arrived? Absolutely stone cold?? And regardless of the situation ive always gave more than a good tip or anyone would give for that matter??

Chips were old and crunchy. I have had better fromnhere so very disappointing

Delivery was 1 hour 45minutes after ordering, so 45 minutes after the 1 hour approx delivery first advised. Requested Parmesan cheese, not included with order. And the carbonara, which was at bottom of bag, was literally all over the bottom of the bag mustve been getting battered about in that hour and 45minutes.
