Ordered three childrens meals..got the fish suppers but no sweets no drinks..obvs still charged full amount. Very disappointed.

Fish was overcooked. Large fish was one piece. They didn't put salt and vinegar on chips, which I requested they put on.

Food was cold didnt receive salt vinegar and ketchup which were asked for in options poor servings in all rubbish and wont be back

After being quoted an hour for delivery, we ended up waiting well over 2 hours. The food was cold on arrival and tasteless.

If it takes an hour and a half to deliver from 5- 10 mins away at the very keast it could be hot

Too long to be delivered over 1 hour 25 minute

Pizza crunch was stuck to paper and lost half oft the batter maybe put it in pizza box from now on

We weren't happy with our takeaway tonight, the fritters were brick hard, chips were like reheats, sausages were nice, but won't be rushing back anytime soon

Greasy and cold even thought its 5 mins along the road.

Ordered a double fish supper and had a single fish supper delivered. Called the restaurant to inform them only to be told that i had been given a larger fish so they only sent one. Terrible service I will not be using this restaurant again. Maybe its me but a double fish is 2.

Sadly the standard of food has dropped.The batter on the fish was so hard it was impossible to eat without injury and the fish inside was dried and overcooked.Pizza was very poor too with the worst pizza base Ive ever had.A favourite chip shop of mine for over 40 years but will never use again.

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery and when the food arrived was freezing cold and inedible

Sausage batter like a brick and chips wrre cold also waited almost 2 hours for one item to be delivered

The chips from the suppers were nice but the batter on the battered sausage was rock solid and really tough to bite through, I actually peeled it off the sausage to make it edible. Probably the worse sausage supper I have ever had. The batter wasnt great on the pizza crunch either same issue, wouldnt reorder from Trio unfortunately.

Fish batter very soggy. Haggis batter stuck to the paper wrapper and lost around third of it.

I understand that yous were busy tonight but when I received my order my food was cold and eating cold chips just doesnt sit right sorry for the low rating but this is how I felt as I also waited over an hour

Told the food would take 30 minutes, actually look 1 hour 40 minutes. Which meant the batter was soggy and the chips were pretty cold.

Over an hour for a cold pizza to arrive.. not good enough!!!

The order was cold and no chips supplied with the burger and chips.....first time trying The Trio so pretty disappointed tbh!

Ordered food at 8.27pm, confirmation email accepting the order and said food would be delivered withing 30 minutes.Phoned the shop just after 9.30pm, phone rang out.Wouldn't recommend
