Chicken pakora was drier than auld toast.

Twice the spice is not consistent with its kebab - we ordered a mixed kebab and a regular doner kebab and the doner meat was different in both meals. In the mixed kebab the doner was nice, well cooked but in the regular doner the meat was bland, mushy and pale and we both tried it but couldnt eat much of it as it was so bad. Very disappointed, we really dont understand how the kebab can taste so different within the same order. We have used Twice the spice many times and its often a hit or a miss - shame, they can be really good but last night wasnt

Food was lovely just poor customer service waited over 2 hours and lady on the phone was so rude

Sorry to say but didnt e joy the pizza we had from here last night, , very studgy and not worth the wait.

I received an order from twice the spice in Larbert after being told 40 minutes I waited an hour and my food was cold on arrival. I phoned them and they said they didn't understand how it could be cold as the driver only had 2 deliveries to the area I live but the burger and chips were as cold as if the order had been sitting outside. Will never use this takeaway again £9.50 order including delivery wasted.

Cannot review what i haven't received, apparently it's been out for delivery for over an hour, and yet i am cooking my son dinner at 9 o'clock at night, i will defo not be giving twice the spice my custom in the future, they should be ashamed of themselves, ridiculous, makes it worse when you're asked to give a rating on NO FOOD

Chips and Curry was cold and delivery was over an HOUR late- definitely not ordering from here again

Chips were very soggy didnt give me the sauce I asked for, box was soaking wasnt a fan at all but the pizza made up for it that was good

Was stone cold by the time I got it. Driver must have drove around with it in his car for the 50mins I waited.

I think the nan bread was lying pre made it was like a piece of leather the pakora was cold as was the nan

We waited almost 2 hours even though we were told 50 mins I called an hour later to be told It was waiting to leave the shop to then get called back again and told they didnt even have my order they were sorry would get the order out asap n take something off for the inconvenience but no another 45 minutes order eventually turned up no sorry no reason for mix up and still paid full price and food wasnt great! Wont order again!!

DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS My order was left outside my neighbours house on their doorstep. Subsequently, by the time Id retrieved it the order was cold. Delivery 1/5However, the food was good and tasty, but probably wont use again because of delivery mix up

Took 1.5 hours for the delivery to arrive and not the 50 minutes as stated, i called after the hour passed and was told the order was only being prepared.The portion sizes were much smaller than normal, the mushroom that was requested was shocking, 3 slices which is not even a whole mushroom and you get charged for it.I definitely will not be ordering ever again.

Usually no issue but last night ordered mix tandoori for two no sheke or chicken tikka in my mix grill the two things I look forward to only tandoori chicken chops and the few chicken wings poor last night

Ordered in advance for 8pm delivery . Order never arrived til nearly a hour late amd food was cold .
