Fir 13f 4 bits of chicken, portion of doner meat and rest of chips , this is a joke? I never seen a grill box like thth shocking

Paid extra for stuffed crust but didnt get it

The food was shocking ,do not eat out this place ,as it is terrible ,phoned for a refund and never heard anything ,had to contact scoffable who are dealing with it 0 out of 10

Placed my order at 4:30pm and it didnt arrive until 6:15pm although delivery time was 50 minutes. The food was also cold as if it had been ready and forgotten about. The landline number also doesnt work so couldnt get in contact to see where my delivery was or why it was cold.

Was cold when it arrived and didnt taste to good either

Ordered a baked potato and ended up with a cremated potato. It was black! Thats no exaggeration i wish there was an option to upload a picture it was ridiculous. Tried ringing the restaurant but all i got was constant engaged tone so i gave up. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. How this restaurant could send that out in good conscience is beyond me

Ordered a munchie box with kebab meat chips cheese fritters onion rings and chicken pakora all that was there was dry chips kebab meat n pakora they don't even contact to let you know closed by the time I recieved it shame food is nice to

Ordered a calzone and the dough was still raw in places

Food was 30 minutes late, cold and missing two items. Waited another 50 minutes for missing food to be delivered.

Food was good but 2 hours for a local delivery is a joke regardless of how busy the shop is.

Food was cold missing item from order wasnt helpful on the phone.

1h 45 mins for delivery after giving a 40 minute estimate, could tell food was sitting for a while as food was cold and the box was falling apart when arrived. First bad delivery from this place.

Disappointed the last twice we've ordered. Both times same part of order has been wrong but not worth phoning over. First time cheeseburger with salad and chilli sauce came with no salad or sauce. This time the cheeseburger came minus the cheese.

Ordered a Sanam tandoori chicken meal as normal. On this occasion it was not good at all. The chicken was NOT tandoori and was tasteless, also the sauce was not its usual smooth rich flavour...I am a regular customer and I'm very disappointed as i have notice a decline in taste in recent months...

Ordered at 9pm and didnt receive until 10.55pm, delivery driver stated couldnt find my address and that his tyre had fallen off and had to wait on another delivery driver delivering my my order , when it arrived it was stale cold and £15 worth of food went in the bin, extremely disappointed.

Delivery time was supposed to be 45 mins but we waited two hours had to call the shop twice very disappointed and the food was cold had to heat it up on the microwave

Chips were undercooked. Chapati was worst I have ever tasted. Sauce on hoggi was almost none existent.

This has always been my go to place for takeaway but i wont be back. I dont see the point in the option to state any special requirements when this restaurant just ignores it. I specifically stated no onions in my salad and my salad came full of them which then ended up in the bin waste of money. I wasnt going to leave a review but this isnt the first time its happened its now the 3rd time its happened. They clearly dont pay attentiom to the requirements makes me worry for the people who may have serious allergies does that go ignored as well??

Pitzas were tasteless chicken pakora tuff as old boots so for that reason will not be back

We never received a part of our order after calling back they says it would be straight up and no showed

Food was cold the korma sauce tasted like vinegar and I never received the bottle of juice I ordered either
