Staff need to read orders properly as I asked for sauce and vinegar only and they put salt on my chips as a can not take salt on any food

I have ordered from Vittorios on several occasions and have always been very happy with their food.On this occasion, I ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza, paying extra for sweetcorn as an additional topping, and a portion of chips, paying paid extra for lots of chippy sauce.I appreciate this was ordered on a Friday night which will be an extremely busy time for the takeaway.The food was delivered about 45 minutes after ordering, which is impressive for a Friday night, and the chips had been freshly cooked and were piping hot.However, I received a pizza with plenty of chicken and sweet corn,, but zero mushrooms and the pizza,, whilst cooked well, was pretty cold.The chips, did have sauce on them, but this was a standard amount, rather than lots of,When ordering this on previous occasions, the chips have been swimming in sauce. I will definitely order from Vittorios again as on previous occasions the food has always been good, just a shame that this time it was not as expected.

Very small amount of chips in suppers, always get more from other chippy. Everything tasted fine and delivery was on time, just a small portion of chips.

Pizza was fit for the bin. It f I wanted tomatoes on my pizza I would have ordered them: unhelpful when called to try rectify the issue. Paid sauce was missing from order. Lost a customer.

the last order came. and unfortunately I was scammed in short words. trying to pass off pizza dough dipped in batter as a pizza crunch. giving an iconic scottish deep fried pizza a bad name no sauce no cheese simple pizza dough dipped no even a pizza it ended up a bread crunch.Please refund your bread crunch.

Paid for a bottle of sauce at £2.50 and never received it

Until you place your order you have no idea how long it will take so when i got confirmation it would take an hour and a half i was tempted to cancel however decided to sit it out as this was a takeaway i hadnt used before it wanted to give it a go as they had a good rating. Minimum order for delivery is £15 which was a little annoying so i shoved a cheesecake in my order to get me to that level. When the food arrived (kebab and cheesecake) i wasnt that hungry anymore (not their fault) but when i took a peek in the box to see the cheesecake i was really disappointed, a small splodge of cake that looked like it had been in a car accident. That cost me £4.50 alone. Had great expectations but i dont think i will order again. The chilli sauce on the kebab was more tomatoey (is that a word?!) than i get from my local chippy but i guess that is just personal preference. I dont like to give a bad rating but that was £19 i wasted

The chips were very greasy. The roll was quite dry/hard. Their own online ordering declined my order loosing out on the discount and ordering off here cost me £4 to wait over an hour on the delivery.

Food great customer service absolute disgrace long time customers will not be back!

Soggy nan bread and hardly any meat for a king kebab never worth 12 pound

Fish was full of bones so got binned, macaroni fantastic as usual

The food was cold, not much chips in the hoggie wrap. ,cant get the salad separate. Wont be ordering again im afraid 😕
