the last order came. and unfortunately I was scammed in short words. trying to pass off pizza dough dipped in batter as a pizza crunch. giving an iconic scottish deep fried pizza a bad name no sauce no cheese simple pizza dough dipped no even a pizza it ended up a bread crunch.Please refund your bread crunch.

Jay we had to read your feedback 3 times our advice is first whatever you on you should stop using it . Second use another chip shop . 3rd a deep fried pizza crunch is a plain pizza cheese and tomato that comes from a factory the only one in scotland calked victor pizza so we all use the same deep in batter and fried thats what you got . Thankyou for your feedback usually people say that we dont put enough chippy sauce in food . In your case we have fixed the problem for next time or maybe you shpuld try the 4 chip shops around you and save on drlivery charges . Thanks

Dear sir we apologise if the driver forgot to hand over the bottle of sauce he had left in his car and found it at end if shift .If you had called us then we would have called him and he would have turned back and give to you . Until you place your order you have no idea how long it will take so when i got confirmation it would take an hour and a half i was tempted to cancel however decided to sit it out as this was a takeaway i hadnt used before it wanted to give it a go as they had a good rating. Minimum order for delivery is £15 which was a little annoying so i shoved a cheesecake in my order to get me to that level. When the food arrived (kebab and cheesecake) i wasnt that hungry anymore (not their fault) but when i took a peek in the box to see the cheesecake i was really disappointed, a small splodge of cake that looked like it had been in a car accident. That cost me £4.50 alone. Had great expectations but i dont think i will order again. The chilli sauce on the kebab was more tomatoey (is that a word?!) than i get from my local chippy but i guess that is just personal preference. I dont like to give a bad rating but that was £19 i wasted

I dont like to live a bad rating but i will do just that ?? Unbelievable if you cant afford the prices than i would suggest start cooking also you can save £3.50 by collecting it or use 4 of your local chippy eg la capanna 500 yards from you or maryblue 600 yards from you , superbowl 800 yards from you , marini 900 yards from you or even minerva 1.8 miles from you dont cone to us 2 miles away . Anyway we gave taken action not to dissapoint you again , hope this will save you money . Just wondering was the food nice ?? At least !

The chips were very greasy. The roll was quite dry/hard. Their own online ordering declined my order loosing out on the discount and ordering off here cost me £4 to wait over an hour on the delivery.

We are not fishmongers we get our fish from fishmongers cleaned we sell thousands a week and if you got a fish bone so what is the problem ?? Listen stick to fish fingers from McDonald. You did not give us a chance to chevk it or changed for you , just give us a bad review which is very unsual for us to get one is very unfair especially bevause of mother nature . We reallyvhappy you will order again you were explained that we dont put salad or chips separate on a hoggie since the salad is not very much at all and chips are part of tge hoaggie and you were not happy already so you were chances by asking for a hoggie but really wanting a kebab wrap a side salad and a bag of chips for tge same price of a hoggie . So now writing a bad review . Good luck chancing yourself somewhere else but at vittorios we prefer to loose customers like you than keep them good luck in your search for cheap deals all you going to get is low standard food .

By the way everyone this guy ordered only a portion of fried mushrooms and chip rool hardly a meal with brown sauce and vinegar delivered in craighill on a -2 degree night and expected to received piping hot . When explained that sauces and rool are cold and that delivery driver use heat bags and thats the best they can do is answer was they should take them only 2 min from pumpherston to craigshill as if the drivers should only want to loose their licence and put people in danger on a ice night for his chip rool and fried mushrooms . Well i suggest you either use marmaris across your house or collect the chip rool yourself but you joined the elite club with patrick 98 reviews below . Patrick your estimated time was 90 minutes thats 1.5 hours was delivered within 1.5 hours and not 3 hours , in broxburn there are 6 places that can make you a pizza if you decide to order from us on a busy night is because our pizza are far superior. I hate that I have to leave a review like this but I am absolutely appalled by this takeaway. Specifically whoever is responding to unsatisfied customers (manager/owner?). I ordered chips and cheese a couple of days ago, didnt receive it and the place was closed by the time the rest of the order arrived. I requested a refund and have had no answer. Then the next night I ordered a pizza with kebab meat on top, I got a plain margarita pizza, no toppings at all. And it was on the receipt with the order that I did order the kebab topping. The takeaway is denying I requested anything on it. Luckily for me Scoffable are issuing my refund anyway.But they shouldnt have to. If this were a professional business, then you should take responsibility when something goes wrong. Not ban customers left right and centre for having real problems with their orders. Not impressed whatsoever. The food when correct the first couple of times I ordered from here, has been good. Thats the only positive feedback I can give. However I wont be ordering again after seeing the attitude of the people running the business. Its not on at all.

Hi Alan from uphall the fact that chips are not as good we agree on that unfortunately is called nature if you go round every take away you will find that for last 2000 years britain season for potatoes run august to may . June july we use to buy potatoes from spain but brexit has killed that so the potatoes we are all using every shop are stored in chill from farmers from may so they are not as good . Do your research if you dont understand this . And good luck finding frying potatoes that are great anywhere. Stick to processed mac donald made chips made from mash powder more suitable to your refine palate they are full of chemicals since they are not even potatoes . Shame how you never wrote anything nice about us but as soon as the chips are not as great due to nature , you keyboard bash us . A phone call to shop would have explained you this . From now on enjoy your local mediocrity chip shops . Vittorios standards are always to the best of our capabilities. Good luck

Lies lies and more lies your order was receive before the hour even though you are miles away from our shop probably because you been barred by the 12 shops around you , you have eaten and enjoyed hence why you havent contacted us about it . So thinking you going to get some kind of freebies from scoffable aint going to work without our acceptance what it worked is that you are now barred from using our establishment that will be one more barred establishment you can't use anymore .
