Dear sir we apologise if the driver forgot to hand over the bottle of sauce he had left in his car and found it at end if shift .If you had called us then we would have called him and he would have turned back and give to you . Unfortunately you decided not to do that instead you decided to leave us a bad review which really impacts our ratings as we always thrive to keep to 100% .Unbelievable
