Hi as i xan see you ordered 3 fish suppers . They were all cooked at same time and we ate sorry if one of them the batter was a bit softer this is due to steam in the delivery bags . We would advice to maybe collect the order and eat it asap rather then delivered . Delivery will never ever stay as crispy is just nature . But maybe dssmith can invent some kind of bag that keep fish batter crispy please .

To clarify you ordered a small doner wrap that does not cone with chips only hoagies comes with chips and about the salad remember that is inside a hot chips and doner meet so of course is going to cook . Please use la capanna from now on just across your house . Leaving reviews when you ordered the wrong item is not appreciated. Thanks

Hi thankyou for your nice and honest feedback unfortunately due to us having to pay scoffable for their service too we cant afford to have an order for less than £15 . But we also have 2 of our own website and apps with lower minimum order because they belong to us . Thanks again for you support

Hi thanks for the understanding. We cook everything fresh and we are very busy due to our quality . Food cold ?? We only prepare food when the driver is ready to deliver so that shouldnt have been the case . I suggest for quicker time in your area la capanna , minerve , marini and bluelagon all very close to you . Not same quality but very quick delivery . Thanks
