Love vittorios but sorry to have to say was a bit disappointed tonight with the pizza the base was burnt black!

Hi thankyou for your feedback. We woukd have prefered if you phoned us to let us know and we coukd have replaced it . We were extremely busy on xmas eve with over 200 pizzas maybe your thin based one had been cooked a bit longer we cant see it now but in future if anything is not of your satisfaction please let us gave a chance to rectify rather then leave feedback afterwards when there is nothing we can do about it .
