By the way everyone this guy ordered only a portion of fried mushrooms and chip rool hardly a meal with brown sauce and vinegar delivered in craighill on a -2 degree night and expected to received piping hot . When explained that sauces and rool are cold and that delivery driver use heat bags and thats the best they can do is answer was they should take them only 2 min from pumpherston to craigshill as if the drivers should only want to loose their licence and put people in danger on a ice night for his chip rool and fried mushrooms . Well i suggest you either use marmaris across your house or collect the chip rool yourself but you joined the elite club with patrick 98 reviews below . Patrick your estimated time was 90 minutes thats 1.5 hours was delivered within 1.5 hours and not 3 hours , in broxburn there are 6 places that can make you a pizza if you decide to order from us on a busy night is because our pizza are far superior. I hate that I have to leave a review like this but I am absolutely appalled by this takeaway. Specifically whoever is responding to unsatisfied customers (manager/owner?). I ordered chips and cheese a couple of days ago, didnt receive it and the place was closed by the time the rest of the order arrived. I requested a refund and have had no answer. Then the next night I ordered a pizza with kebab meat on top, I got a plain margarita pizza, no toppings at all. And it was on the receipt with the order that I did order the kebab topping. The takeaway is denying I requested anything on it. Luckily for me Scoffable are issuing my refund anyway.But they shouldnt have to. If this were a professional business, then you should take responsibility when something goes wrong. Not ban customers left right and centre for having real problems with their orders. Not impressed whatsoever. The food when correct the first couple of times I ordered from here, has been good. Thats the only positive feedback I can give. However I wont be ordering again after seeing the attitude of the people running the business. Its not on at all.

To be correct you were banned twice before from ordering from us but you keep setting up new accounts just to put bad reviews and try to get food that you have eaten for free nice one hope there is no many customers like you , scoffable informed you that you are banned but you like to play games so good luck finding another establishment thst will serve you

Hi Alan from uphall the fact that chips are not as good we agree on that unfortunately is called nature if you go round every take away you will find that for last 2000 years britain season for potatoes run august to may . June july we use to buy potatoes from spain but brexit has killed that so the potatoes we are all using every shop are stored in chill from farmers from may so they are not as good . Do your research if you dont understand this . And good luck finding frying potatoes that are great anywhere. Stick to processed mac donald made chips made from mash powder more suitable to your refine palate they are full of chemicals since they are not even potatoes . Shame how you never wrote anything nice about us but as soon as the chips are not as great due to nature , you keyboard bash us . A phone call to shop would have explained you this . From now on enjoy your local mediocrity chip shops . Vittorios standards are always to the best of our capabilities. Good luck

Lies lies and more lies your order was receive before the hour even though you are miles away from our shop probably because you been barred by the 12 shops around you , you have eaten and enjoyed hence why you havent contacted us about it . So thinking you going to get some kind of freebies from scoffable aint going to work without our acceptance what it worked is that you are now barred from using our establishment that will be one more barred establishment you can't use anymore . 1 pizza was 200% not even light coloured even though you asked to be golden . 2nd you never called us so that we could verify the lie but you waited 3 hours after receiving tge pizza and called scoffable Prob trying to get something just to let you know scoffable does not cook anything is us that provide the best food in livingston hence you should have tried contact us first and we would have checked it for you . This kind of attitude only got you barred from using us ever again we do everything possible to accommodate and fix any legit mistakes but we will not accept anyone that does not allow us to verify the complain first there is always a chancer out there . Good luck finding better food around .

Chips werent cooked fully, and why offer 20p charge for extra sauce, for chips to come with very little sauce. The pizza was stuck to the lid of the box, and the cheese was not covering the full pizza, lots of parts towards edges that were just sauce.

1 what you talking about ?? There is no option of 20p for extra sauce and if you asked would be 80p . 2 Unfortunatly plastic sheets are not made any longer as government abolished so food will stick to something obviously maybe go to restsurant next time and get in a plate . 3 we dont actually make fried pizzas they are bought from factory for all chippy shops so we dont control the amount of cheese on them . 4 we make sure you will never get to taste our food anymore there are 3 shop in east calder why come to us in pumpherston ?? Probably because we are the cleanest , the best service and ultra best food . Go and eat their average food in east calder from now on gavin .

Food was ok but delivery drivers attitude stunk there signs in door please ring bell I had tv on washing machine and tumble drier hardly heard door knock with one single knock I said cant you press bell as I can hardly hear door knock with stuff in and got load of abuse back

Please please if you dont like our delivery drivers collect or go call somewhere else . Our delivery driver was being polite not to ring as most of times kids are sleeping and customers prefer to knock rather tgen wake up kids . Our drivers are number 1 you in other insight knowing that you gad order should listen to the door and not have a party inside . Food was good of course and from now on just order below average quality somewhere else . If you had called the shop we would put a note to ring rather then knock or why dobt you just take the door knocker out of your door . Unbelievable sone people want knock others want ring other wants leave on door step others back windows or back door etc etc just collect if you so awkward.

Had some good food from here but last night the chips were majorly undercooked, and king rib was partly raw with some raw batter- LEAVE IT IN THE FRYER 😂

No is not under new management . As already expkained . Please find another establishment if you think is too expensive unfortunatly all products have increased and we try to keep price as low as possible but paying by card makes it even harder to keep price low for you . No need to tell stories about the food here when the problem is tge price increase . Good luck finding cheaper and better .

Ordered two pizzas and chips, chips seemed they had sat in the frier since Jesus was born. Two pizzas were soggy and dripping with oil not crispy awful to be honest
