Dear Amanda we really really appreciate your honest feedback and love that you also enjoyed our pasta we the chefs at vittorios have over a century of experience put together our pastas sauces are very traditional and fresh prepared by us in the premise we dont use processed sauces or ingredients or addictive and when people like our food they are also making our job more exciting.We have to accept order at average 90 minutes delivery just in case something happens on the road this would gove us time for driver to call shop and let us know for us to resolve any situations but 99% of our orders are delivered well within the hour . Hi Alan from uphall the fact that chips are not as good we agree on that unfortunately is called nature if you go round every take away you will find that for last 2000 years britain season for potatoes run august to may . June july we use to buy potatoes from spain but brexit has killed that so the potatoes we are all using every shop are stored in chill from farmers from may so they are not as good . Do your research if you dont understand this . And good luck finding frying potatoes that are great anywhere. Stick to processed mac donald made chips made from mash powder more suitable to your refine palate they are full of chemicals since they are not even potatoes . Shame how you never wrote anything nice about us but as soon as the chips are not as great due to nature , you keyboard bash us . A phone call to shop would have explained you this . Lies lies and more lies your order was receive before the hour even though you are miles away from our shop probably because you been barred by the 12 shops around you , you have eaten and enjoyed hence why you havent contacted us about it . So thinking you going to get some kind of freebies from scoffable aint going to work without our acceptance what it worked is that you are now barred from using our establishment that will be one more barred establishment you can't use anymore . Normally very good but never ever you left a nice feedback ??? But right away left a bad one but not phoned shop to say pizza was overcooked if it was ??? You eat it so couldnt have been that bad is just that you felt the need to leave a review but eat the pizza ??? Hmmmm strange well all we can do is stop you from using us so that we all happy .
