Unfortunatly if you order from a chip shop miles away from you in (broxburn) this is the best you going to get . We sell first quality angel cut haddock but we cant assure to arrive piping hot when the driver needs to drive that distance . Some people are happy with lukewarm when considering how far you are ordering . In broxburn there are 4 chip shop and 10 selliing some kind of fish . If you looking for hot whatever the quality then we advice using one of them . But to assure this is not going to happen again we will put a stop from ordering far just for you . Fish was fresh unfortunatly price have gone up like everything else and the 4 shops around yiu are even more expensive so if you order from a shop much futher away to save 20 pence dont expext to arrive pipeng hot . We dobt have tge technology to buzz you up a fish supper yet . But any of the 4 chip shop round the corner from you may be able to get to you quicker . What do you mean ?? You ordered 2 burgers Our burgers are not like macdonald ours are actually made of beef meat hence why the quality is far superior . You could have phoned in and explain yourself . Hope you find a better burger somewherelse .

Unbelievable the omelette is always bee. 3 eggs our chickens are free range running wild in our gardens so the eggs may be different sizes but still 3 and if you wanted very greasy chips maybe you should have looked somewhere else the next time

Unbelievable . All you ordered was a portion of chips and doner meet and cheese, First you collected we did not delivered . Second the order was ready at 10:30 when you requested but you were 20 min late . Third did it took you almost 24 hours to write a review about the cheese not melted ??We put cheese on top of chips . The cheese is kept in fridge . We dont melt the cheese you can do that yourself if you wanted to . This Another attempt to ruin our high rate from employee of other establishment. Good try .

You ordered a 16inch cheese and tomatoes pizza only and you had been given the extra cheese that you paid for but you dont want to taste the tomatoes??? Weird . £2 on a 16 inch pizza will not get you that far . Maybe if you go shopping out there sometimes you will realise how much prices have risen especially cheese . Happy brexit . Ok was that terrible that you couldnt pick up the phone and tell your issue ?? 1st chips were warm and greasy ?? Did you prefer them cold and dry ?? We cook them in oil and not air and we try keep them as warm as possible we dont refrigerate them . The pizza was warm ?? Not italian ?? What is thin for one maybe be thick for others . Small chicken kebab is 4 pieces if you like more pay for a large whst you called burnt onions are grilled pieces of veg that are there just to keep the chicken off the grill so that tge chk does not burn . Hi thanks for the compliment our kebabs are sensational we know unfortunatly we had finish all peppers after a busy weekends but there was an extra piece of chicken to fix this . Think you been a bit picky about missing 3 wee piece of peppers and leaving a not happy complain without calling us especially after we give you extra chicken not to mention the huge fresh nan you where given . . Think you better check quality and price somewhere else .

This an example of trying to sabotage are reviews percentages. How is it supposed to arrive hot ??? Is salad and coleslaw on baked potatoe it may be warm but not hot .
