Sorry but potatoes this time of year are not up to scratch in uk as everyone knows there are no potatoes growing in uk between end of may and june every year so this is the worst time . Hopefully spain will send us some end of june to tide us till end of july when uk potatoes should be ready again . In the mean time please use macdonald their frozen reconstructed mash will be more appropriated to your taste . Thanks 🙏
