I ordered a spicy chicken pizza with a thin italian base and a pasta dish and never had such a doughy pizza before more like an undercooked deep pan.....chicken was not spicy...pasta was decent

I normally rate great but last night I got a plain omelette and it was positioned that it looked great when I ate a piece it tasted of burnt, on checking the bottom of omelette it was black and I could not eat it

Under cooked chips and covered in oil! Called to let them know and to sort the issue out. No solution was offered. The lovely girl on the phone had to feedback to me what her boss was saying! I asked if he wanted to talk direct to me but they declined. Apparently there is nothing wrong with the chips as they are cooked on a timer. The gentleman was swearing and very unpleasant, I could hear every word he was saying. I just wanted an apology and to highlight the issue in the hope it didnt happen to anyone else. Scoffable had no luck with them and encouraged me to leave feedback. I can see every negative feedback has a comical reply so I await mine as we could all do with a laugh. Their Standard reply is to tell customers to go somewhere else and to ask why we didnt use shops closer. Great customer service, hope your business thrives during this pandemic 😷

Chicken pakora was a disgrace . i use Vittorios often and that was the worst meal i have received i filled a box with the layers of batter from the pakora

Fish supper was cold when it arrived, so not up to usual standard.. we left half of it.

Kebab meat was hard not very nice to eat usually the food is lovely but last night takeaway was rank waste of money

Order came to £34- chips were soggy in oil with like no taste! Chicken wrap with salad you got like 3 pieces of chicken if you were lucky! Mostly salad!Terrible tasting food with high prices deffo wont be ordering again!

All the food was very greasy and soggy, first time ordering after recommendation, Ill not be again. Sorry

Usually very good, however tonight was bad. Undercooked, had to cook it again ourselves and fry the chicken. Really disappointed.

A once great chippie, is now terrible. £10 for chicken with Diane sauce and a portion of soggy chips that would barely feed a child. Same with Diane burgers. Only one portio. Of salad send instead of two. Sauce was watery as hell. Standards slip this bad and long standing customers won't be back.

Food was as not up to par at all. Hoggie was dry and bland. Doner meat was also dry and the cheese that was used on the doner,chips and cheese was cheap plastic horrible cheese.

It took my order 1 hour and a half to arrive and the pizzas where cold.

Very unlike them but the chips were uncooked tonight 😩

Pizza was not cooked enough and ordered pickles that I didn't receive. Very poor

Ordered doner kebabs tonight very disappointed . weve had many takeaways before and they have all been yummy but sad to say the kebabs were disgusting the pita bread was hard and the salad was not fresh at all . the lamb meat bits were very hard . I hate to say but very disappointed tonight .

Keep forgetting half of my order all the time

Batter on the sausages were soggy, order was wrong, waited 40 mins for curry sauce when we stay 5 mins away. Turns out was delivered to wrong place. No phone call to explain anything.

Got donar meat and chips and was both cold and got chicken nuggets also the sauce was disgusting not the usual sauce or usual standard of the chippy disappointed
