The food wasnt as good today it was very greasy and there was no chippy sauce which we asked for the onion rings were soggy and slimy the donner meat wasnt as good as before I was really dissatisfied normally its very good we were really disappointed with our food the delivery time was good

Hi Shona . Please accept our apology if the food had not being of our usual standard on this occasion . We were overwhelmed on thursday by a rush of orders and i was off tired . The staff was eagerly trying to cope with more than they could while i usually stop orders or give them longer waiting time . Although they promised me that all was going out as usual i dont know because i needed a rest . I have given all staff new procedures on how to deal with overwhelming delivery requests because my main goal is for quality before quantity. Again my apology and hope we will get the chance to put it right .

First dont be ridiculous!! You order a pizza then on the note you changed with a topping we don't provide . We tried phoning you but no answer . We gived you free delivery to all pumpherston to help to decent people in such a crisis . We decided to send you what you ordered . Then you cone down here demanding your money back and we promptly done so and you still have the audacity to leave a review like this You should really look at our review ratings and think if it is really fair your comments . We always try our outmost to do our best but we cant always provide what we dont serve. Unfortunatly scoffable system allows this reviews to happen please dont exaggerate and be honest . We do advice all our customers to phone us up first before writing silly notes . We had customers asking for kissograms on notes sorry we dont do that either we just dont have the right models lol 😂 Stay safe everyone and try be a bit more decent and use cummon sense in this extremely hard times . We dont make money like you all think , we work very hard to help and we do our bit to help the cummunity . Thanks

Although the food was okay, ordered a tub of mayo to go with mushrooms and it was missing from the order yet I paid for it.

We are sorry we forgot a wee tub of mayo if you would have called us we would have sent one very quick . Genuine mistake happens always best to call us first so that we could have a chance to put things right . Thanks

Shocking. Phoned about our food, ordered 3 bags of cheese & onion crisps and got ONE and one packet of space raiders. Pizza had no cheese on top of it as it had all melted off and we were missing TWO cans of juice. Disgraceful. £16 bill and about £3 worth of food. Will not be back.

Hi sorry to hear that but the kids nuggets meal is 4 pieces of chk nuggets and chips . 8 pieces is a normal portion not a kiddy one . Thanks

Think they ran out of cheese , never had a pizza with basically just tomato paste chicken and mushroom !! Used to be one of our favourite takeaways sadly it has fallen away over the last 2 years , took the chance of trying it again tonight . But was very disappointed

The food was disgusting ordered a large kebab got a small and the donnor meet was solid, chips undercooked and pizza crunch didnt taste right, phone the shop and all they said was nothing we can do will give you a large kebab next timeNot first time had a bad experience with this place avoid at all cost

Updated estimate of delivery time 50 mins as soon as the order placed. Over an hour later cold food delivered, it was disgusting

No box for the kids meal , chips very very crispy so inedible. Chips the same in the munchy box, naan bread also very crispy . Food quite cold. Very unusual for Vittorios

Got my delivery and my kids didnt get there boxes with there juice and sweet in it and too much salt on the chips

The food was not up to the usual standard. The chips were fine but the King Rib and Haggis has the feel of re-heated food. The batter was tough and chewy.
