Love vittorios always good food and service

I have been a regular customer to vittorios for many years , last few orders have been very disappointing, chips are awful like reheats , garlic mushrooms very greasy , paid for chips and cheese was hardly any cheese , I’m not sure if this takeaway has new management or has been taken over ? But used to be my favourite, sad to say I won’t be using it again .

Food was not hot when it arrived. Had to re-heat in mi rowave.

Missed items from the order but sent them up 20 minutes after food arrived so was cold when sauce and salad arrived
