It was clod food I want refund ASAP and it was bad

The food was cold and not warm the kabab meat so hard and dry not worth the money also the burger was dry and was tasteless

Food excellent but delivery wait time not good enough if you are busy and don't have enough drivers you should not take orders or you should tell customers deliveries will be over 2 hours wait

Order arrived 1 hour after estimate. Just change estimate to two hours...it's not that deep, but false advertising is pretty annoying.

Food was almost an hour late and it was cold when it arrived

Ordered meal at 7 oclock phoned few times to be told its just leaving shop then at back of 9 phoned to be told just getting prepared so ended up cancelling

Chips were stone cold. I like a crispy chip that is at the bottom of the carton but these were ridiculous, filled mostly with the wee crispy chips, the couple of thick chips I had, I had on my roll and binned the rest. Delivery was good regarding time and the delivery driver was pleasant. Just the food let them down and no one in the house enjoyed their meal. Paying the price I did for 5 meals I expect better!

Over 2 hours for delivery

Booked delivery for a set time came half hour late, when it arrived at my house the food was cold

Need to check before they send order out so they dont miss sruff

Usually very good but very disappointed today! Chips and sausage undercooked. Kebab mest could also have been cooked a little longer

The food is fine when it actually arrives, delivery time is not fine, nowhere near the estimate at point of order.

Ordered for delivery. Estimated delivery time 1 hour. 2 hours later still hasn't arrived. "all I can say is sorry" horrendous service. Never again. Used to love them cause the food used to be good. This has all arrived not only 2 hours and 20 mins after ordering, but all burnt. Almost everything in the order was burnt. Will go elsewhere from now on and will recommend everyone I know to go elsewhere also. Worst service I've ever received from a takeaway. Not even a courtesy call to say "sorry we're gone be a lot later than expected". Nothing.

Was 45 mins late for delivery which I could have coped with but when I got my order the onions rings I ordered were just frozen breaded ones you buy from the supermarket. Not the usual homemade ones.
