Over 2 hours for delivery

Booked delivery for a set time came half hour late, when it arrived at my house the food was cold

Need to check before they send order out so they dont miss sruff

Usually very good but very disappointed today! Chips and sausage undercooked. Kebab mest could also have been cooked a little longer

Been up sick all night

The food is fine when it actually arrives, delivery time is not fine, nowhere near the estimate at point of order.

Ordered for delivery. Estimated delivery time 1 hour. 2 hours later still hasn't arrived. "all I can say is sorry" horrendous service. Never again. Used to love them cause the food used to be good. This has all arrived not only 2 hours and 20 mins after ordering, but all burnt. Almost everything in the order was burnt. Will go elsewhere from now on and will recommend everyone I know to go elsewhere also. Worst service I've ever received from a takeaway. Not even a courtesy call to say "sorry we're gone be a lot later than expected". Nothing.

Chips were bad could not eat them had to bin

Was 45 mins late for delivery which I could have coped with but when I got my order the onions rings I ordered were just frozen breaded ones you buy from the supermarket. Not the usual homemade ones.

Food was ok. Cold but I think this was due to the delivery. Estimated 1hr delivery but was actually 1hr 55mins.

Over 2 hours for delivery when stated 1 hour 20 mins for delivery when ordering. When i phoned I was told they are waiting on a delivery driver. Maybe suggest waiting times before ordering not after ordering giving people the choice.

Garlic bread was like cardboard, was too over cooked

Meat was horrendous was like mince no taste just horrible

I would normally rate them good but I didn't get my order 2 + hours late and it wasn't very warm. Previous to last night I ordered a delivery from them through Scoffable only to be told it was not open and was not refunded from them.

Did not get all my order and it took to long 😡😡

Not the same quality as previous experience, however was delivered quickly ❤

Worst food ever..burgers were burnt and drowning in vinegar (didn't ask for any vinegar)... what a waste of money... i use this place quite alot and last couple times it has been bad...

Sick fed up with them the delivery always late everytime you order from them.
