Chips were the worst ive had from here. Really soggy :(. Inedible

Food was cold couldnt eat it so wasted money on it really not happy

Firstly it was delivered 25 minutes late, it wasnt hot at all and I had to microwave it, that made the batter soggy, chips not very nice either, overall I was very disappointed with it, certainly not up to the usual standards!Will have to consider if I will order from them again.

Arrived cold and greasy fish was over cooked and dry delivery driver was ignorant

Food was good , disappointed with the delivery estimate, seem to always be late ,

The order took 2 hours to delivered, we called after an hour and a half and added a pakora because we had waited so long and was told the driver was in the store and it would be sent as soon as the pakora was made. It then took another 30 minutes for delivery and the food was cold when it arrived.

Waiting 1 and half hours is very bad service

Hate having to do this, however, we were really disappointed with our fish & chips tonight. Normally theres no complaints but the fish was dried out & the chips were a wee bit scrappy. Actually looked like reheats.

The cheese n burger was inedible- greasy and not fully cooked. Sausagr batter was not good either. Very disappointed. Not to usual standard

Food was almost an hour late and then we had too heat it up as it was barely warm. Very surprised as we order food from here often and we rarely have issues.

Old chips and doner meat dryer than sand

Ordered kebab however kebab meat was like doorstop it was thick which wasnt nice at all wont order kebab again

1.5 hour wait for food with an extra charge at the door unannounced because I forgot to click chilli sauce when ordering, even though a hoagie comes with chilli sauce.

Terrible I want a refund abd dont ignore this message
