Considering the distance from shop to here the food was really hot very good

Food is always amazing. Nice and hot. However when I ordered I was told it would be an hour and ended up waiting 2 and a half. I know this is a busy takeaway but realistic timings would have made my night more enjoyable.

Food was only warm usually its piping hot ☹

Food was good but part of the order was missing

Food was good. However order spoilt by the delivery time being longer than that mentioned which was already 1 hour 20 mins and an item missed from the order when it arrived, As it was only chips I didn't bother to contact to get them sent up as it was to go with the pizza not to be eaten separately and we'd waited long enough on the initial delivery without having to wait for these. If there had been an option to choose between good and bad that's what would have been chosen.
