Eventually recieved our order 2 hours 15 minutes later!

It took 2 hours for delivery

Gutted ordered 1 item and it was wrong. They forgot the single topping on a pizza.Food was lovely but frustrating that order was wrong, too much hassle to return.

Food took over 1.5 hours after saying would only be 1 hour and All food came freezing and all stuck together also missing dip that paid extra for, phoned and attitude of staff member on phone was also shocking

1 hour 50 min delivery again, there is no way on a tuesday night the shops that busy. seems too happen everytime i order. Driver parked outside the house 2-3 min later still not at the door. Going to stop ordering from here.

Food was ok but 2 hours for a delivery of one meal on a Tuesday is ridiculous

Food was estimated 1 hour & 10 minutes so I was happy to wait, I know takeaways can be busy & under a lot of pressure. But 2 hours & 40 minutes had gone by & still no sign of my delivery. As I was about to call the shop, my food arrived so I didnt bother when I opened the food it was absolutely freezing cold. I wasnt able to eat it, I am a fussy eater as it is so I did struggle. Unfortunately this is my first ever complaint as I am a regular customer at west end fryer and Ive never once had an issue. In all honesty I cant blame the shop either, it could just be the driver being slower on deliveries of roads are wet or slippy etc, but definitely wasnt up to standard

2 and a half hours phoned at 5.30 got it about 8 madness

Love west end fryer, we always order as its the best chippy in west lothian, however the delivery times defo let it down every time we order the delivery time given is way off! Need to add an extra hour onto it. Scoffable need to have an accurate time for delivery before placing order. Or west end need to not offer delivery as it is a joke for delivery times, but as i say the food quality is outstanding and the actual delivery staff are always friendly they just need more of them or look at a new way of doing it!

Ordered food at 6:30 didnt arrive till after 9pm

Mixed up order. 3 hours before last part of order arrived, 1 hour after the first part was delivered.

The deliver time didnt add up to the time it took to get delivered , I had to wait an extra hour for my food to be delivered , unacceptable especially when they give you a time it should be here

Over 2 hours for delivery thats a joke

Food was burnt and cold. Delivery was fine

Waited two hours after being advised 50minutes. Had to call and also get Scoffable to contact shop. ( Scoffable themselves first class with prompt response) Food ok but enough is enough . Will go elsewhere now. Problem is youve already paid and are stuck waiting. Not good enough.

Was an hour late was cold and chicken was pink inside Ive been vomiting ever since Ive ate it

Everything overcooked and solid, also took just shy of 2 hours to be delivered.

chips werent cooked & the pizza was stone cold. straight in the bin.

Rth time in a row that they havent got my order right and what makes it worse is i went to collect it an they still got it wrong
