Waited over 2 hours from ordering to delivery and when delivered the food was lukewarm and the fish was inedible because it was so tough. Seemed like the fish was cooked as soon as the order was placed then left to the side and reheated. Will never order from them again.

The delivery estimate of 1 hour turned into 2 and a half hours. Food was cold and disgusting.

Third time in a row my order has been wrong. They grudge sending out the correct items and this time Ive been told they cant sent it at all as there are no drivers coming to my area. The food Ive received is also incorrect wont be ordering from here again and would urge others not to bother either

I think they should read the special comment bit as order was wrong again asked for no spicy onion in calzone and got them and asked for sauce on chips but didnt get any there seems to be mistakes in order evertime we order

Went down hill big time Really slow service , food cold on arrival, consider another chip shop before this as has went drastically backwards. Used to be good but not now.

Was advised 1hr 10 mins for delivery which is fair enough but then it took over 2 hours and was cold.

It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to get our order and had to chase it up twice. Think next time we'll give Dominoes a try.

When the meal arrived it was cold, the sauce was dried up and it was covered in salt even though a note was put on requesting only a little salt

The chips were reheated. as in the day before

2 hours to get a delivery, because the staff probably took too many orders, Pizza turned up cold and as hard as a pizza tray, Burger was passable, but at nearly 11.30 at night wasnt really wanting to eat.

Food was not fresh dough of pizza was harder than a brick even my dogs took 10 mins to eat abit of the crust, chips were not great chicken pakora was drier than the sahara desert and more chewy that chewing gum, usually nice when it doesnt take them 3 hours to cook and deliver to you, attitude from employee when calling about order was rude, impolite, dismissive and unprofessional, dont order at the weekend cause they are useless

Waited 1hr 40mns for my food when it came the chips were freezing cold and they werent fresh either smoked sausage was ok spring rolls were amazing fed up paying money and getting sent rubbish

I dont think its acceptable that the takeaway does not update their website with accurate delivery delays.If I saw it was going to take 2 calls and a message to yourself and almost 2 hrs, which is really unacceptable and poor customer service.

Food cold on arrival, they put cold salad in with watm chips, this spoiled my meal. The chips and calzone were warm to touch but not that watm for eating, the salad had spread across the box all over the chips and the chip were not watm enough for eating. I would not recomend this place to anyone.

1 hour 40 min delivery on a Wednesday night, i don't understand how its so long for a delivery mid week. Food is fine but waiting times for delivery's is crazy.
