Food has went downhill all items were not enjoyable

Positive points- delivered on the time stated. Negative points- Turkish burger, the donner meat was cold, not even luke warm.The donner hoagie, well this has drastically risen in cost yet it has also drastically reduced in size! Used to be able to comfortably share a hoagie between 2 people. Not now. Absolute rip off for £9. Chicken burger meal was ok, ironically the chips were nice and hot but the chips that came with the hoagie were just luke warm.

2 hour 10 mins delivery on a Wednesday night is an absolute joke, i understand places get busy however thats enough to put you off ordering again. Paid £1.20 for a pakora sauce dip they sent 2 garlic mayos. Food tasted fine and was warm but the wait and wrong sauce delivered isn't worth it.

Food is fine but there's no point taking online orders with a set collection time, only for customers to queue anyway and then have your order made up when you arrive to collect.

Over 2 hours for a ASAP delivery and chips missing from order when finally arrived. So hit and miss with their delivery service which is a shame as food is normally good.

Usually so good but on this occasion I felt the fish supper had maybe been sitting too before delivery

Chips were ok bug everything in thevmuchy box was so bad .pokora was over cooked and very dry . Jevab meat was not nice . Overall very poor and was not worth £18 we paid .including delivery. Would not recommend. !!

Waited 2 and a half hours on delivery after constantly being told it was on its way I put in special instructions I didnt want it burnt on outside , when it came it was burnt to a crisp and could have bounced of a wall called them and there reply was I dont know what you want us to doTERRIBLE !!!!?

Not as good as usual chips greasy seemed to be a different batter thick and soggy

Just under a 3 hour wait :( Food was good and still warm, however we had order at 7:15 and got our food around 10pm. Not a suitable time for a late dinner! Hoping delivery times can be sorted soon as it now puts us off ordering, despite how good the food can be!

Took two hours to arrive and was undercooked in parts and greasy. Not usual standards.

The donner calzones at this place have almost doubled in price over the last few years whilst simultaneously decreasing in quality (by no small measure). Stuffed with scrap donner crumbs, there was not a single decent cut of meat in sight, and where was the cheese and sauce? Was dry and bland and a total waste of money. In these trying times, dont throw good money away here.

It was cold swimming in oil chips under cooked and my batter sausage looked like someone had chunk out of it
