Not as good as usual chips greasy seemed to be a different batter thick and soggy

Just under a 3 hour wait :( Food was good and still warm, however we had order at 7:15 and got our food around 10pm. Not a suitable time for a late dinner! Hoping delivery times can be sorted soon as it now puts us off ordering, despite how good the food can be!

Took two hours to arrive and was undercooked in parts and greasy. Not usual standards.

The donner calzones at this place have almost doubled in price over the last few years whilst simultaneously decreasing in quality (by no small measure). Stuffed with scrap donner crumbs, there was not a single decent cut of meat in sight, and where was the cheese and sauce? Was dry and bland and a total waste of money. In these trying times, dont throw good money away here.

It was cold swimming in oil chips under cooked and my batter sausage looked like someone had chunk out of it

Disgusting meal i ve ever had from a takeaway

Fish was mushy and chips raw full order went in bin

It wasn't fresh and it was delivered cold

Food was left in door step, wasnt phoned

Donner meat wasnt nice at all and aid for chilli sauce and there was no tub

'Asked for my order to be asao and after paying you then tell me its going to be 2hours won't be ordering again didnt even eat it when it came from wanting something at 9 didnt get it till 10.20 phoned the shop told they where very busy i was next out that was at 9.30 so sorry i personally think the order should not have been accepted

Food is usually great but not this time. Delivery was late, was sent tikka hoggie instead of the donner one that I order and my juice was missing, couldnt get through to speak to anyone on the phone either

Ordered our food at 9.07 told 1 hour-1 hour 10 minutes wait,After several phone calls chasing it up it finally arrive at 10.50,Pizzas were burnt and stone cold I tried to phone the shop but no one answered probably due to them closing at 11,terrible service will never order from them again

Took 2 hours for delivery to get overcooked food

Donor meat - 8/10. Best I've had from anywhere in Whitburn. Pakora - 2/10 - So dry and tasteless. Was like chewing on rubber. Does nowhere do any decent pakora these days? Been years since I've had a good one. Pizza - 5/10. Was alright but they advertise them as World Champion pizzas. I've had a lot better from other takeaways.So distinctly average. There was no inbetween rating to choose between "Good" or "Bad". If there was I would have chose that.

Consistently disappointing.

The chips were edible but the other items were awful. Will not be using again.

Delivered 45 mins late, and was cold when delivered
