I bought from here last week and was relatively pleased however this order was beyond a joke, the chips and cheese more like chips and cheese sprinkles. The hoggie soggy and not cooked through. This has put me right off.

Chips well undercooked, black pudding brick hard,fish disgusting,inedible.all in all a complete waste of money

Food was hot and tasty. Lady behind the desk was lovely. Delivery was quick. Very nice transaction overall!

We placed a order at 19:45 and was told it would take 50minutes phoned back up at 20:50 to find out where the order was and was told that the order was on its way, yet again the girl was lying to us, phoned back at 21:20 still not arrived the girl in the shop said it would be there in the next five minutes, we wont be using this service again.

Chips and king rib looked and tated like yesterday cook

The food is cooked to perfection , never soggy and always crispy even on deliveries , chips are always perfect , if chips are not good then everything becomes a single but west end fryer ticks all the boxes , in short the food is the best you get , im glad i live within the district , and thankyou to all the staff for their profesional judgment on the foods quality for the customer .
