Fish supper had very little fish in it was mostly batter. Fish that was there was tasteless very disappointed as usually enjoy

Chicken box was over cooked and took 1hour20 mins to come

Over 2 hour wait and food not even warm. Pish poor for a Tuesday night

Food was nearly 2hrs delivery and cold

The chicken was v dry and everything was cold

Pizza really soggy, no chillie sauce with kebab, meat was really dry normally really good

Found a hair in my food so didin eat it

Food was freezing and disgusting 🤢 had to bin mine and the kids food

Food was lovely but 40 minutes over the time stated time for delivery which was 1 hour 20mins was excessive

40 minutes late and wasnt very warm. Disappointing

Food was extremely dry, I could have put it through a window. For a fish and chip shop that has won awards, Im shocked at how dry the doner meat and chicken was. When I phoned the shop to let them know of this I was offered a a fresh batch however told it would be a further 40 minutes wait having already waited an hour originally. I then asked for a refund and was told that they would collect the food later on and once inspected back at the shop only then would the refund be authorised. This isnt the first time this has happened with the west end fryer. Ive always given the benefit of the doubt especially if theyve been busy but tonight was the last straw. I dont recommend them what so ever. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Delivery arrived and no can of juice again

Long time in coming and the fish and chips were cold. Very poor.

The chips looked and tasted overcooked the fish was over cooked and dry and not crispy, a big disappointment

You know the actual food was ok, but after waiting 2 and a half plus hours, wasnt very warm so obviously had been sitting in shop or the drivers car a while before it got to us.Phoned after 1 and 45 mins to be told it would another 20 to 30 mins and it took another 50.Told on the phone theyre stretched for drivers, maybe dont offer a delivery service that day then? Put us off ordering again as waiting that long on a fish supper and 2 bags of chips really not worth it.
