Delivery arrived and no can of juice again

Long time in coming and the fish and chips were cold. Very poor.

The chips looked and tasted overcooked the fish was over cooked and dry and not crispy, a big disappointment

Food was good but took 2 hours to arrive

Was a bit dry tonight and late but that was to be expected with the football. Have had better previously.

Food was great but was advised it would be 1hr 20 mins and was more like 2 hours 20

You know the actual food was ok, but after waiting 2 and a half plus hours, wasnt very warm so obviously had been sitting in shop or the drivers car a while before it got to us.Phoned after 1 and 45 mins to be told it would another 20 to 30 mins and it took another 50.Told on the phone theyre stretched for drivers, maybe dont offer a delivery service that day then? Put us off ordering again as waiting that long on a fish supper and 2 bags of chips really not worth it.

Took 2 hrs to deliver all though food was ok

Wasnt pleased with the portion size of the Donner and chips , 4 long slices in both portions wasnt please , wont be ordering again

Ordered food at 9 said order would be 1 hour and didnt show until the shop was closed at 11 service terrible and when driver did show they waited a further 10 mins for bringing it too my door

Food took an hour & a half to arrive which I was ok with, but when it came it had obviously been lying for ages...the sauce had completely dried into the chips, the chicken was burnt & hard as a rock. The calzone had basically no cheese on top, no salad & the garlic mayo was turning yellow around the top & the lid & side of the tub were covered in some slimy substance. Was told my full order would be replaced immediately, but had to phone them again 40mins later. Staff were heard telling the driver "make sure she hasn't ate half it" Will happily take your money & then don't care. Do yourself a favour & go to ANY other chippy!

Got a munchie box, chips were dry ,pakora was overcooked and d overcooked and dry ,onion rings were burned,kebab meat was overcooked and dry,all in all it was a poor showing and took over an hour for delivery

Given an hour delivery time - took 2 and a half hours to get here. Phoned after the hour to be told itll be at my door in 15 mins - just leaving the shop now. Wont be ordering again - just be upfront with delivery times!!

Waited 90 minutes on order far to long meal ok

Called after Delivery is over an hour late and was out for delivery is all I was told! Not interested at all! Food still not arrived nearly 1 hr 30 mins later from my delivery time.

Food ok but always seem to forget something (can juice)

Guy forgot pizza yet again and had to return with it

My order was delivered passed the time they gave me and my pizza was cold.
