Delivered on time kebab meat was cut too thin for my liking

Pepperoni wasnt cooked right and pizza was dripping all over the place

I couldnt eat it. The meat was huge chunks it was not pleasant.

Disappointed, usually the best pizza from here. Normally not too much cheese and sauce, tonights pizza was caked in cheese and bbq sauce, bass was soggy. Not the norm from here and gutted.

3rd time in a row it has been over 15mins late. Food was very good though

Pakora was ok a bit over cooked the chips were ok but the doner meat in the calazone wasnt good it was 100's of little chunks and wedges it was like all the off cuts that were put in a calzone cause they were hidden... was a waste of money cause we didnt eat the calzone ☹

Waited two hours when was told it would be a hour wont be ordering again terrible service

Ordered for 19.20 and they delivered at 18.20 so a full hour too early luckily I was in but partner wasn't due home for another hour thats why it was ordered for then. Delivery guy didn't have a clue what to do. So I just took order and kept it warm. Phoned the takeaway to complain and they weren't bothered

Over 2 hour wait soggy pizza crunch and warm juice

It was late again something missing on the order again, no plaatic sheet between food and paper wrapping. Food was stuck to the paper. Piss poor service will not be ordering there again

After a 2hr 35 minute wait the food arrived. This food arrived cold. I then phoned and asked to speak with a manager. The delivery driver answered and accused me of lying said he would get the manager. He then came back and said he was the manager and continued to accuse me of lying about the food being cold as he delivered it ten minutes ago, within this time I had phoned the branch 59 times before I managed to get through. Absolutely shocking service everything was stone cold. The guy who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude basically shouting down the phone at me. At this point I decided the best course of action would be to contact scoffable. Scoffable refunded me the money pretty much straight away and couldnt have been more apologetic for the awful service. I certainly wont be ordering from west end fryer again.
