Said time was approx 40 mins, turned up and hour and a half later

Kebab meat was dry nan bread was see through and covered in crumbs or something salad was grated to a inch of its life couldnt eat it

Didnt receive any dips with order that I had paid for! Can of juice was warm and chips were very damp with grease. Special fish was in the same batter as the chicken? Wont be going back

Donner meat is poor not like it used to be, chips and fritters greasy and tasteless. Everytime i ask food to be well cooked and never comes well cooked.

After waiting for 1.5hrs food arrived cold and to top it of a pizza was missing. We called and were advised drivers had it . We then received a call back to say driver didnt have it and another would be sent out. We asked how long and were advised half an hour . This would be 2 hour since original order, you would think as there mistake the pizza would be sent straight along . Never arrived within 30 minutes it took another hour and 15. We can all make a mistake , we are then judged on our ability to resolve, no going out there way here.

Fish was cold soggy the pizza was asked to cut in 4 and crisp up for the kids not done and chips were defo reheats wont use again if they bothered to answer the phone they would have got it back

It was delivered safely by a very nice gentleman. Could have been much warmer xx

Chips were horrible had to put them in the bin fish was really nice and the kebab wasnt nice either place is going down hill again

Chips were fresh but both sausage and chipsteak while ok the batter was hard in places suggesting they had been sitting on a hot shelf for some time ..delivery time was longer than i would have liked as only two minuites from shop

Was cold and not as good as sunday

The food was cold and the time I had to wait for delivery was too long. Sorry need to improve.
