Wrong order

Normally great but other night was awful chip stake was dry and the chip was to hard was like the dregs of the bag and hardly any chip but normally I order as it a good chip shop but this

I get food from here quite often and it is normally fine however tonight I found a black hair in amongst my chips. It was pretty disgusting and my food ended up going in the bin. I have no hair by the way so it was definitely not mine!

I also ordered a battered sausage it never came lol 😂 bit food is good

Simple two portions of chips and cheese. About a dozen chips with cheese. Arrived cold and the cheese tastless. Took over 2 hours to arrive.
