not one to leave a bad review especially since this is my favourite or was my favourite takeaway but im absolutely gutted man the chicken burgers used to be the best about Id literally crave them but now the patty is half the size, weird soggy batter on it and to add to the annoyance there was about a quarter tea spoon of mayo on it not even exaggerating. Past two orders the chicken burgers arent the same and have had stingy mayo and tomato slices so thick it could be considered as 1 of my 5 a day. Also the fried pizza was absolutely minging cheese wasnt even melted on it. What the hell has happened to west end fryer used to be best takeaway in whitburn, genuinely gutted about the chicken burgers ☹☹

Dont expect delivery when it tells u time, they lie about driver leaving restaurant I was lied to twice that driver definitely left over 2 hours for delivery when I was told 50 mins this is a joke a takeaway is meant to be fast food nothing fast about it

Donner hoggie is not a Donner hoggie its basically a cheese hoogie which is not what you pay for has loads of issues with place including finding hair in food tried to give them another chance but am done now wont ever go back place has went down hill so much

Food not fresh

Loaded fries actually awful even down the chips

Food was pretty cold took over an hour to deliver

Felt asif we had last nights food, chips were not fresh at all either were the sausages just over all not great takeaway tonight curry sauce was so runny not impressed and we collected at 5 so you would think food would be fresh

Got our order wrong, gave us two fish and now one is going to waste and didnt give us chips with the burger that we paid for

The Donner Hoagie meal was very good, however they forgot my can of cola. The chips cheese and curry portion was completely undercooked, very hard and pale chips. Unfortunately they forget items on the order that I have paid for quite often

Batter was hard couldnt even bite it, must have lay there for ages. Onion rings soggy all went in the bin. Get a grip make sure we receive fresh edible food when paying for you to provide

Food is bad..never ordering from this place againbeen on the toilet for hours

Chicken tikka hoagie was freezing the cheese wasnt even melted in the middle, we usually love this place but this wasnt good at all.

Email said delivery in 50 mins, took an hour and a half to arrive and was cold

Very disappointing as normally really good but it was very dry tonight bland and tasteless. Not their usual standard unfortunately.

The drive was destroyed as the driver went around the corner too fast and had to apologise to the home owner and the grass is damaged. He went up the drive when my notes also stated to walk up the drive. And the food was not what a hoagie wrap is

I never have any issues with this chippy. Tonight was a huge disappointment for the first time.The batter was soggy and wet on all of the fish for the suppers that i ordered.

Delivery time is a shambles.. it said 1 hour delivery time and waited 2 hour

Delivery was late and one of the fish was not good. Otherwise ok

Missing a tub of chilli sauce and the fish and chips wasnt the best
