Chicken box ordered and was overcooked, chicken was tough and some of it was very greasy, not good after waiting over an hour for delivery.

Hardly any cheese on my chips and cheese and food came cold

You don't get all your order and when it comes it's cold and they won't give you any one in place fo the cold one Say it would take 40 mins it was 1 hour and a half before it come won't be going back there again terribly service 😡😡😡

The fish was over cooked the chicken was tough Not what we were expecting.

It took 1 hour 25 minutes from ordering to delivery even although it stated 1 hour max. Then when it arrived it was cold and the batter on the haggis so hard and dry i couldnt cut it. The chips were tastless and the haggis dry. It went in bin. I wont be using again ( it was a monday night at 7pm so i wouldnt have expected it to be a busy night.

Loaded with brown sauce despite me asking for only a small amount also chips not very warm when delivered.Ive now had a couple of not so good experiences recently so time for a change to another chippy!

Ordered a chicken kebab with salad and pakora sauce..the food arrived late the chicken kebab came with no salad and the box was squashed too. Pitta bread looked like it had been in a car crash. I checked my order and defo ordered salad with kebab. Wont be using again.

Normally have no complaints. The chips were cold and the wee boys juice was roasting hit being at bottom of bag under all the food.

Food was delivered an hour and 45 mins after was placed even though the scoffable email said 1 hour. After phoning the food came and it was cold and the pizza tasted like the cardboard box. I love this chippy and never usually have any issues until last night which is disappointing

Ordered a chicken kebab, and only ate one piece and threw the rest away as it didn't taste "right". Quite surprised as normally very satisfied with WEF. :(

I picked a time of 19.30 and it didnt arrive until 20.15, this was after calling shop.The chicken kebab was so salty, I couldnt eat it. All in all not a great
