Best fish and chips in Whitburn, don't have to wait too long on delivery and when it arrives always fresh and hot

Delivery was reasonable and food was hot

Food was hot and tasted delicious but I didnt get any salad or juice. Both of which were ordered with my meal

Donner & haggis calzone was lovey, but the mini donner meal left a lot to be desired; very few chips and absolutely no sauce in the calzone at all; just meat and a bit of melted cheese. My other half was not impressed!Will still use them again as they usually knock it out of the park.

It was the wrong order. What we got was good but not what was ordered.

Food was really bad. Soggy and just overall awful was like it had been sitting for over a hour before it got to me. Estimsted delivery time was 1hour 10minutes but waoted 2 hours not even a apology for delay

Waited 2 hours 20 minutes for delivery on a Wednesday...When it arrived it was warm-ish, sausage was oberdone and it was swimming in sauce. Place has went down hill since its been taken over, dissapointing as was such a good chippy.

Delivery took over 2 hours to arrive. But when it did food was good and surprisingly hot.

The food was great as always but i preordered at 6.30 pm for 7.40pm and it didnt arrive until about 8.50 pm. Don't take orders in advance if you cant deliver on time
