Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Ordered at half past 7 with delivery time of 50mins on my order. Had to phone and chase 3 times to which I was told they were waiting on a driver when in fact they had actually lost the order as said by a member of staff on the other end of the phone that didnt know we could hear. Received just before 10 oclock which is a joke!

I feel that food quality has went down hill

Not as good as past meals went in the bin

The food was really nice but some of my order was missing

Delivery was 45 minutes over the estimated time. This is a very common issue recently. The food was barely warm by the time it came and overall just was not impressed. Shop has really went down hill from previous years.

Food was late, couldnt get order correct and fritters were cold. Wouldnt recommend

Placed an order one hour before the estimated delivery time. 20 mins after the delivery time and no food so called the shop. Was only just being prepared. It did arrive quite quickly after that but no plastic sheets had been used so the paper was stuck to all the food and ended up pulling half the food apart to remove the paper. Will go back to ordering from Tony's.

Ordered relatively early doors and it was clear that our meal was a reheat from the previous night.

Chips where cold didnt get our juice again

Was advised 40 mins delivery time, then 30 minutes delivery time then 15 mins delivery time food aroved 2 hours 10 minutes after order, wont be ordering from here again after years of ordering

Was collecting our order but had to queue outside and by time got order Pizza was cold And crusts burnt 🙁 Wont be ordering again!! Twice my pizza has been burnt or cold

Good was awful. Tasted like it had been cooked over and over again in old oil.

Was given a time of 1hr 10 mins for delivery and it was 1hr 45 mins before we received it

Waited 2 hours for my order after phoning them 1 hour 20 minutes to be told "the scoffable machine never printed the order" still had to pay full price and got nothing free after waiting 2 hours as stated. Terrible customer service

Over 2 hour delivery time despite being told 1 hour originally
